Hi, I’m Holly — owner of Holly NeSmith Travel and a Luxury Travel Advisor.
Over ten years ago, I started right where this role begins — with a simple but powerful desire: to go. Anywhere, everywhere. I wanted to meet people, taste new foods, soak up cultures, and discover beauty in every corner of the world. I wanted to be changed by travel in a way nothing else could offer.
And what I’ve discovered is that I’m not the only one. So many people share that same dream — to be moved, inspired, and transformed by the journeys they take. It’s been the greatest privilege to bring those dreams to life for my clients.
Now, my passion and the joy of serving incredible travelers has grown this business into something bigger than I ever imagined — and it’s time to bring someone new into the adventure. Maybe that someone is you.

SO IF WE’RE GOING TO WORK TOGETHER
Here are a few things you need to know about me.
- If personality tests are your thing, I’m an Advocate (INFJ) and an Enneagram 4w3. Translation: I’m detail-oriented, a little type A, and very driven. I thrive when I’m caring for my clients and bringing their travel dreams to life.
- My business model is entirely relationship-focused—both with clients and with travel partners. Nearly all of my growth has come through referrals, which reflects the trust and personalized service I prioritize. Together with my partners, I work to ensure every trip feels seamless and exceptional from start to finish. Because relationships are at the heart of everything I do, I place a high value on respect and collaboration—and yes, that means I don’t work with rude people.
- This role is all about details. The position will be responsible for the behind-the-scenes work that makes itineraries come to life. Accuracy is critical—because even one small booking error can lead to a big problem.
- Micromanaging isn’t my style; I’d much rather empower someone who takes initiative and stays on top of the details. I need someone who is motivated, responsive, thorough, and reliable.
- While I take my work very seriously, I also believe work should be enjoyable. I like to laugh, keep things lighthearted, and yes—share the occasional (moderately) inappropriate meme.

You’re the Right Fit If:
- You’re self-motivated and thrive on independence. I’m not a micro-manager—I need someone who can take a project, own it, and make it happen.
- You take pride in producing accurate work on time. You have a healthy sense of urgency, and you’re both efficient and thorough.
- You caught this detail: on your application, under “Name,” include your favorite cocktail. Yes, it’s required!
- You’re in it for the long haul—I’m looking for someone to grow with, not just fill a role.
- You’re comfortable being client-facing. Whether it’s hopping on a call with a client or phoning a restaurant in Rome to secure a rooftop table, you genuinely enjoy making people feel cared for.
- You’re curious about the world. While you don’t need to have dozens of stamps in your passport, some travel experience is important so you can connect with the client perspective.
- You have a thing for details. Systems excite you, problem-solving energizes you, and you may even admit to being a little obsessive (in the best way).
- You’re comfortable with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and marketing tools—and you pick up new platforms quickly.
- You won’t ask me questions Google could answer, and I won’t ask you to handle something without giving you the tools to succeed.
Bottom line: if you’re an extroverted, detail-obsessed people person who loves solving problems, building systems, and delivering excellence—you’re exactly who I want to hear from!
